KJC Law Firm prides itself on 11 core values that are sheer guidelines for employees to embrace in the workplace. This month we are recognizing our KJC employees by asking them what their favorite core value is. Below are the 11 Core Values to reference in terms of the KJC attitudes towards striving for success.
UNPARALLELED CUSTOMER SERVICE:
We strive to set the standard in the legal services industry for communication, responsiveness, helpfulness and compassion, remembering always to be grateful for our clients and the opportunity to serve them.
We work collaboratively as a team, and we put the team’s success ahead of our own.
We strive to raise the standards in the profession by producing A+ quality work consistently.
EYE ON THE TRIAL:
We prepare every case to put on the best trial possible. We don’t settle unless it is in our client’s best interest.
When we work together, you become part of our law firm family for life.
BETTER THAN YESTERDAY:
We continue to educate ourselves, practice what we learn and get better at everything we do.
COMPASSION FOR ALL:
We care for and respect ourselves, each other, our clients, opposing counsel and all others we come in contact with.
We leave our personal problems at home and strive to be consistent in our work.
We check our egos at the door.
We strive to contribute to our community and cultivate trust that creates demand. We are looking for new cheese.
FIND A WAY:
We use our creativity to find new ways to overcome barriers and do things better.
Our first favorite core value feature is Kathy Jo Cook! Kathy is the managing member at KJC Law Firm. She represents people who have been injured as well as individuals and businesses that have suffered economic loss. Kathy’s favorite core value is #kjctribe which stands for working together as a family. Kathy relates this core value to her own family where they learn that responding and being there for each other all the time is the best support system.
“I think that we are different from most law firms in that when someone comes to work, they feel part of a family and treated that way. We are all willing to stand up and do what is necessary to get that person back on track, especially during this time.” – Kathy Jo Cook
